I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Simmons College in Boston and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings across Massachusetts and Connecticut, each shaping my approach as a therapist. I began working with children, families, and parents in school-based and in-home therapy programs before transitioning to community mental health, where I discovered my passion for working with adults in an outpatient setting. I also worked in a community health center, providing both short- and long-term therapy to individuals across the lifespan with a wide range of concerns.
Across each of these roles, I have supported clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and adjustment challenges. I strive to help people feel understood, build on their strengths, and navigate the obstacles that can arise while working toward meaningful personal goals. I feel grateful to bring these experiences into my private practice, where I enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds and tailoring therapy to each person's unique needs.
